Your celebration brief
The brief builder prepares text in your browser. It does not submit the information to Evoke, store it in a website account or automatically reserve a date. Downloading a brief saves a text file to your device. Opening an email passes the brief to your email application so you can review it before sending.
When you contact us
If you email Evoke, your email address and the information you choose to send are shared with Evoke Events International through the relevant email services. We use your message to respond to your enquiry and discuss the service you requested. Please do not include payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive guest information in an initial enquiry.
Website services
This website does not currently use advertising pixels, analytics scripts, account cookies or subscription checkout. The hosting service may process technical information such as your IP address, requested pages and request time to deliver and protect the website. Your email provider and browser operate under their own privacy settings.
Planner network
The planner network is not yet accepting paid subscriptions or automatically sharing client enquiries. Registering interest by email is free and does not create a subscription. Any future account, payment or matching service will provide the relevant information before collecting additional data.
Questions and requests
For privacy questions or to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent to Evoke, contact chantal@evoke-events.co.za. Information may need to be retained where required for an ongoing service, a dispute or applicable obligations.
